Cracked, chipped, uneven or crumbling concrete anywhere around the property, fixed with a repair that matches the actual cause. Looking specifically for driveway repairs? See our dedicated driveway repairs page.
Four details is all we need. We get back to you the same working day to book a time that suits.
A raised path panel is a trip hazard the moment someone catches a toe on it. A hairline crack left open lets water into the base underneath, and over a Tauranga winter of regular rain that washed out base can turn one small crack into a settled, uneven section.
We look at concrete around the whole property, not just driveways. Paths, patios, pool surrounds, steps and shed slabs all move and wear over time, and most repairs are far smaller jobs than people expect once we have actually looked at them.
If your problem is specifically a driveway that is cracking, sinking or flaking, our driveway repairs page covers that in more detail.
Established trees, pohutukawa especially, lift and crack nearby concrete as the roots grow.
Settling fill or loose coastal sand around Papamoa and the Mount moving under the slab.
Regular Bay of Plenty rain getting into open cracks and washing out the base beneath.
Older pours built without today's base prep and reinforcing standards.
Every repair is different, so these are starting ranges. Supplied and completed, GST included. Your written quote after the site visit is the real number.

A path or patio panel that has lifted even 10 to 15mm above its neighbour is a genuine trip hazard, and the fix is often as simple as mechanically grinding the high edge back flush in a single visit.
On your own property this is entirely your call to fix. If the hazard is on the public footpath outside your boundary, that is generally Tauranga City Council's responsibility, and we can point you in the right direction to report it if that is where the problem sits.

If yours is not here, send it through with your quote request and we will answer it straight.
Ask us in the quote formOften yes. A raised lip where one panel sits slightly higher can usually be ground back flush, much cheaper than replacement. If the lift is significant or the panel is badly cracked, replacing it is the safer fix, and we tell you which applies.
Ground movement underneath is the most common cause, tree roots, settling fill, or ground that was never compacted properly to begin with. Concrete also shrinks slightly as it cures, which is why control joints exist, to give that movement somewhere to go.
Not usually structurally, but it is worth sealing. Water gets into the crack and over time can wash out the base underneath. Sealing it early keeps a cosmetic issue from becoming a bigger one.
Yes. Chipped nosings, cracked treads and steps that have started to separate from the ground below can usually be repaired without rebuilding the whole flight, unless the base has genuinely failed.
Yes, including resurfacing worn surrounds and fixing cracked coping. Pool areas get more moisture cycling than most concrete, so we use a repair approach and sealer suited to that.
We get as close as we can with oxide and finish technique, but new concrete does not weather instantly to match decades old concrete. On a visible spot we talk through a close match versus a deliberate contrast line first.
A path or driveway inside your boundary is yours to maintain. The public footpath between your boundary and the road is usually Tauranga City Council's job, though a tree on your property causing the damage can change that. Ask us and we will tell you which applies.
Yes, our workmanship guarantee covers repairs the same as a new pour. If a repaired area fails because of how it was built, we come back and put it right.
